Raster-Elektronen-Mikroskop @ ZSM
The Leo 1430VP is a standard SEM with a secondary electron detector for imaging three-dimensional surfaces. It can be operated up to 30 kV accelerating voltage and also in low vacuum mode. The preparations can be carried out in the EM laboratory in Martinsried and in the ZSM.
